Change in Company Name/Replace Lost License

Dear Customers,

All EasyPay software products issued are licensed. The license is registered with your company name. This license contains detail information such as modules purchase etc. If there’s a need to replace a lost license or change of company name, please fill in the form below and submit to us. We will issue you with a new license to reflect the changes. The new license will be sent to you via email.

Please note that there will be nominal administration fees of S$250 (Include GST) for the re-issue of license. For request in change of company name, please fax in your ROC letter as a supporting document to 6392 2867 or email to after you have submitted the below online enquiry.
