All EasyPay software products issued are licensed. The license is registered with your company name. This license contains detail information such as modules purchase etc. If there’s a need to replace a lost license or change of company name, please fill in the form below and submit to us. We will issue you with a new license to reflect the changes. The new license will be sent to you via email.
Please note that there will be nominal administration fees of S$250 (Include GST) for the re-issue of license. For request in change of company name, please fax in your ROC letter as a supporting document to 6392 2867 or email to support@whyze.com.sg after you have submitted the below online enquiry.
