Is electronic pay slip legal?

From 1 April 2016, all employers must issue itemised pay slips to employees covered by the Employment Act. The pay slip must be given together with payment to employees or within three working days of payment. Company are allowed to give electronic pay slip (in soft copy format).

More information can be found at https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/salary/itemised-payslips.

With Whyze Payroll system, the electronic pay slip can be distributed to employees via automated email (with password secured PDF) or via Employee Self-Service mobile app.

If you would like to know more, you are welcome to contact Whyze support team for assistance.
