Refresher Training for Admin Users

Refresher Training is for exsiting customers using Solutions from Whyze Solutions. Attending the Refresher Training can help you be familarized with the basic functionalites in the system such as processing payroll, administering leave and claims. The training is designed for new Admin Users of WhyzeHR. 

You can choose to either enrol in our Self-Paced E-Learning or engage our Personalized Training.

About Self-Paced E-Learning
The E-Learning is an online course to learn the basics of WhyzeHR. The training is organized into modules. At the end of each module, user will need to pass a quiz to complete the training. This self-paced learning is available 24/7 on Whyze E-Learning App. App supports Window, Mac, Android and iOS. 


About Personalized Training
This is a training that can be personalized for each customer. Typically, users will learn how to manage employees' details, add new employees, process payroll and generate payroll reports. This training can also cover how to set policies on leave management module and claim management module. Certification will be presented upon completion of the training. There will be hands-on exercise to help you make sure that you are able to understand the training. 

You can choose to engage our trainer for 0.5 day or 1 day. You can also choose to have the training conducted onsite at your office or via Zoom remote meeting.
